Hello,
My name is Noel Donaldson. I consider myself an artist but I mainly paint and experiment with oil and acrylics. The thing I love about art more than painting is collecting art from specific outsider artists. I have always been a fan of outsider art because I know that many of these artists are incredibly talented even though the museums and galleries won't give them the light of day.
I am attempting to get a gallerry started in Harlem New York so that everyone can have a chance to purchase original and high concept art pieces, without having to spend the GPA of some small countries.
